Damien
White is Regal's Managing Director.
Damien grew up on the Darling Downs and South Burnett before attending Gatton
College and completing a degree in Land Resource Management. He followed
this up with a Masters Degree in which he studied the use of carbon isotope
discrimination to select for drought tolerance in chickpea breeding
programs. He held several positions with the Queensland Department of
Primary Industries including administering the New Crops program and the Pulse
Improvement Program for Central Queensland during which time he selected and
trialled the CQ chickpea variety, Moti. Upon moving into private industry
Damien has held managerial roles in several pulse and pasture seed processing
companies as well as being actively involved in the pulse trading market, before taking up the opportunity to start Regal Seed and Grain with
partners Stephen Donnelly and Owen Dunn.
Stephen
Donnelly, is a Director of Regal Seed and Grain and Managing Director of
Blue Ribbon Seed and Pulse Exporters. Stephen has been working within the
seed and pulse trade since 1987, during which he has been involved in sales,
marketing and the development of new products. He is a past president of the Australian Mungbean Association and has a wide range of
industry contacts both nationally and internationally. 
Owen
Dunn is a Director of Regal Seed and Grain and Managing Director of
Australian Premium Seeds. Owen has been involved in the seed industry since
1961, offering a wealth of knowledge and expertise and a wide
range of industry contacts. He is an active member of seed industry
associations. 
Cathy
Elliot is Regal's Customer Liason Officer. She is new to the grains
industry but has experience running a family business and managing a busy post
office. Cathy co-ordinates grain intake, seed
sales & dispatch and stock control. She is the person to
contact to arrange harvest deliveries.
Peter
Clapham and Chris Piahana are Regal's a Production Managers.
Peter has been involved in the CQ seed industry for eight years, while Chris has
many years experience in managing production in food processing facilities.
Together they have responsibility for production, AQIS compliance, plant hygiene and machine
maintenance. 
John Austin & Craig Graham are Regal's Production Foremen. They have
responsibility for operating grading machinery, maintaining hygiene and
supervising production staff on shift. Johnno has decades of experience
in operating grain grading plants, and Craig is Regal's quiet 'can-do' man.
Jonnie
White is Regal's Office Manager. She has postgraduate
qualifications in agriculture and has worked in both the public and private
sector as a research agronomist before taking on the responsibility of keeping
the Regal Seeds office running smoothly.
Kellie Frost is Regal's Export Logistics Officer. She handles
the documentation and transport logistics for our export container packing
business.
Kim Creed is Regal's Accounts Officer. She is
responsible for accounts payable & accounts receivable. Kim has a
diploma in agricultural management and experience running the books for her
family's agricultural enterprise.
